Welcome to YourPlanner ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using our web application located at yourplanner.co.uk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
YourPlanner is a digital scheduling, task management, and productivity tool. We currently operate in a "Public Beta" phase. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption, or loss of data.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may input text (tasks, notes), link external calendars, and upload media (custom banner images) to the Service ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content to provide the Service to you.

The Service utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (Google Gemini) to power the "AI Architect" feature. In compliance with international AI transparency standards, you acknowledge:
You have the right to export your calendar data at any time. We provide an active `.ics` export link within your account settings that allows you to transition your schedule to third-party providers (such as Apple Calendar or Google Calendar) without penalty or technical barriers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourPlanner Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. User passwords are encrypted by Firebase Auth. Database access is restricted by strict security rules.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your Identity Data, Content Data, and uploaded images will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
